Outcomes

  1. Propose a topic of research within biblical studies and formulate a research proposal;
  2. Demonstrate advanced research skills, critical engagement with alternate perspectives and the ability to make a solid argument;
  3. Consider and utilise an appropriate method to develop a coherent argument on selected issues or passages;
  4. Explain the results of research to peers in a presentation and respond to critically and generously to the research of others.

  • Intensive (One week: 7 hours per day for 5 days = 35 class hours + approx 85 hours out of class time for research, writing, exam preparation and execution, ancillary activities associated with completion of assigned tasks)
