Outcomes

  1. Identify and discuss the essential elements and principles of effective teaching and learning through observing professional teachers in action.
  2. Describe engaging, effective teaching and learning environments and discuss how these embody related evidence-based theory and evidence a Christian worldview. 
  3. Discuss how the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers are integrated and applied in professional practice.
  4. Work in a professional learning community to synthesise and illustrate the key aspects of effective teaching and learning based on experiential learning observations.
