- Critically analyse the course undertaken in terms of its philosophical and theological underpinnings, as well as government standards for teachers or school leaders;
- Explain and justify transformation—personal, spiritual, educational practice—that has taken place as a result of postgraduate study.

- Capstone definition: Summative reflection and the use of Photo Elicitation
- Reflection on postgraduate learning processes
- Reflection on compliance, teaching standards and teacher accreditation
- Reflection on transformation—personal, spiritual, and educational practice
This course may be offered in the following formats
- Face-to-Face
- Distance/ Global Online
- Intensive (5 days of classes/7 hours per day followed by 85 hours reading, writing and assignments)
- Extensive (5 days spread over the semester)
