Belong to a community dedicated to serve

Learn and connect with peers who share the same worldview, but are motivated to care for and serve people no matter what context or situation they are in.

I have been pastoring for over 20 years and am passionate about the deliberate care for pastors and leaders. I love that this formal learning will better equip me to pastorally care for church leaders and pastors in the future.

Michelle Fredericks

Grad Cert of Professional Supervision, Scripture Union

My time at AC has really grounded me in having a biblical approach and worldview and I really appreciate how my lecturers share from a place of genuine experience. After graduating I hope to work in youth or community development where I can bring people together and share Christ's love with them practically.

Naomi Jale

Bachelor of Applied Social Science, Chaplain

Doing a Master of Counselling at AC helped me tremendously in being better at pastoral care situations and conversationsIt has also helped me provide better leadership to the pastoral and volunteer teams across our 8 campuses. I am excited for how it can open up new opportunities for our church to reach our communities.

Caleb Dwyer

Master of Counselling, Senior Pastor, Generocity Church, NSW

Pathways

We offer many pathways for you to start, progress or complete your studies to get to your destination. For example if you don’t meet the entry requirements or are unsure about a Bachelor degree, you can start with a 1-year Diploma, then decide after your 1st year whether to progress further. You can do the same with Postgraduate study — start part-time on a Graduate Certificate, or Diploma, then decide after that whether to upgrade your qualification to a full Masters. Some postgraduate courses, such as the Graduate Certificate of Leadership or Graduate Certificate of Professional Supervision, allow entry based on work/professional experience, regardless of a candidate’s previous study history.
