AC’s Jagelman Centre for Leadership and Management was established to promote research into leadership, management, and governance in Australia. The centre brings together scholars from a range of disciplinary perspectives to collaborate on projects that contribute to a flourishing society through an understanding of ethical leadership, wise management, and values-driven organisational culture.

The center was named in honour of Dr Ian Jagelman, a prominent church leader in Australia and former lecturer at AC.
