The proposed research project investigates the impact of COVID-19 on small groups and their leaders. It includes the study of six small groups and leaders in Perth and their response to the pandemic. Employing a Case Study methodology, the research proposes to answer the question 'How are small group leaders in Perth navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic crisis?' The results of this research project will help other small groups and their leaders to navigate through crises in the future.
