Alphacrucis University College has 4 main intakes per year, for both full-time and part-time higher education degree, diploma and VET students.

Please Note
  • Each term runs for 13 weeks with a 2 week mid-term break.
  • Most courses can start in Mar, Aug and Nov.
  • Education courses begin in Feb, Jul and Nov respectively.
  • There are rolling starts for Chaplaincy courses throughout the year.
  • A small number of courses and subjects are also being delivered as intensives outside of regular term periods. An intensive is when the class content is condensed and taught over a shorter period, typically 2-3 days, to accommodate the schedules of working professionals and those with other commitments.

Future students

You can apply directly on our site any time throughout the year.  We offer four main intakes per year, with additional special intakes for certain Certificate courses in Ministry and Chaplaincy. 

Census* date is the last date in the intake when domestic students can withdraw from enrolment without incurring a tuition fee or FEE-HELP liability.  This is typically 3 weeks from the commencement of each term. 

Full-time or part-time – you choose
You can start full-time studies or start with just 1 or 2 subjects then adjust depending on your needs.

*The deadline for international students to withdraw from their course or subjects without financial liability is different to domestic students. Please refer to the  International Student Fees Policy for further information.
