Ed began his working career in the automotive industry which he left to attend bible college, completing a Bachelor of Theology with Alphacrucis in 2016, where he found a love for the Old Testament and Biblical Hebrew. Ed completed his MTh with a project which applied a Speech Act Theory lens to Isaiah 58, seeking to understand the connection between worship and neighbourly justice. Ed is currently preparing to undertake his PhD and his current research interests include the book of Daniel, apocrypha and pseudepigrapha. Ed and his wife Nancy have two children and are involved in their local church congregation, where Nancy serves as a Pastor. Ed's publications have contributed to the Pentecostal Studies, Biblical Studies and Theology and Society research clusters.
