Pratima Durga

Biography
Pratima completed her MBA at Central Queensland University (CQU) in 2009 and is currently completing her PhD at the same university. Her research thesis is entitled: Assessing informal and unregulated health care provision in rural and remote regions. Pratima is also part of a team that won an interdisciplinary research grant from CQU. The project title is Remote Health Access: Protecting vulnerable remote and regional populations with eHealth solutions. Pratima has spent 23 years of her professional life working in the public service and has held several management roles in the private sector before joining higher education. She oversees the undergraduate programs in Arts and Business, as well as lecturing in Business studies. Pratima is a member of the Holistic Human Health and Interculturality, Interfaith and Mission research clusters.
