Outcomes

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of leadership theory.
  2. Describe the distinction between leadership and management or ministry roles and tasks.
  3. Demonstrate an understanding of factors leading to developing effective transformational and authentic Christian leadership
  4. Apply strategies for developing leadership traits, behaviours, and skills for effective leadership in different situations.
  5. Apply strategies for developing exemplary and inspiring leadership behaviours and skills to effectively motivate and transform others and organisations.
  6. Critically analyse the importance of leadership training.

  2. Transformational leadership theory and practice, including motivating others, evaluation of leadership effectiveness, and leadership development.
