Course Overview
This unit will investigate and develop the practice of reflection required by leaders to maintain and grow their organisations and ministries. The concepts of a “mosaic reflection” reflection will be reviewed to understand the value and place of each. This mosaic reflection includes four practices:
- Good Enough
- Downshift
- Ponder
- Pause
