  2. Assess and respond to the interpersonal and support needs of people accessing chaplaincy and pastoral care, including effective collaboration and referrals processes;
  3. Communicate with and promote understanding of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences;
  4. Reflect on personal and professional practices in relation to social and cultural diversity.
