1. Describe a range of Christian spiritual disciplines
1.1 - The spirituality of central figures in Christian history are explored
1.2 - A basic understanding of alternate ecumenical approaches to spirituality are documented
1.3 - Various disciplines for developing Christian spirituality are discussed
1.4 - The outcomes desired from Christian disciplines are described

2. Describe the spirituality of Pentecostal and charismatic movements
2.1 - The role of the Bible in experiencing God is discussed
2.2 - The relationship between individual, group and corporate experiences are described
2.3 - Key components of a contemporary Pentecostal/charismatic church service are identified and related to individual spirituality
2.4 - Praying in the Spirit is described

3. Apply Christian disciplines to develop personal spirituality
3.1 - The discipline of attending and participating in the corporate spirituality of church life is implemented
3.2 - Personal Christian disciplines are practised
3.3 - A mentoring relationship is established to help encourage and facilitate spiritual development
3.4 - Personal testimonies to experiences of God are communicated in one-on-one and group settings
