Certificate IV in Contemporary Leadership

This course is available to both international and domestic students at approved locations.

This course develops the knowledge and skills for basic leadership in a variety of vocations.

Entry Requirements

IELTS

English ability will need to be at the IELTS 6.0 (International English Language Testing System) level or higher, since written and oral forms of communication are an important part of the course.

Academic Entry Requirements

Completion of the Higher School Certificate (HSC) or its equivalent (including articulation from other AQF programs); demonstration of competency in English; or
Providing evidence of a capability in relation to spoken and written English, demonstrated by way of a 500 word written Statement of Purpose, explaining the reason for entering the course AND an interview conducted by the Registrar’s Office.

Additional Entry Requirements

This qualification is available for students who are 18 years or older.
Domestic students under the age of 18 may apply and may be included. Applications on a case by case basis.
A high level of personal integrity and willingness to comply with ethical requirements.
A 500 word written Statement of Purpose, explaining the reason for entering the course.
Two written character references (preferably from a leader and not from a family member).
For students who are entering into the Media and Creative Arts stream an audition will be required to demonstrate basic skills in their nominated creative expression.
