Certificate III in Business Administration (Education)

This qualification if available for domestic students only.

This course will provide students with administrative skills and technical ability to start a career in the business sector to work in an office situation. It is designed for people who have little or no administrative or technical skills, and are looking into switching to rewarding careers such as:

Education Program Support Worker
School Support Officer
Student Recruitment and Administrations Assistant
Student Services Officer
Student Support Assistant

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of administrative competencies in an educational or school support work context, using some discretion and judgment. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Duration: 26 weeks

Entry Requirements

IELTS

English ability will need to be at the IELTS 5.5 (International English Language Testing System) level or higher, since written and oral forms of communication are an important part of the course.

Academic Entry Requirements

Completion of the BSB20107 Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification/s; or
Providing evidence of some vocational experience assisting in a range of support roles without a formal business qualification.

Additional Entry Requirements

This qualification is available for students who are 18 years or older.
Domestic students under the age of 18 may apply and may be included. Applications on a case by case basis.
