Share your thoughts

We’re trying out a new way for students to contact us via the website.

Do you have a Question or an Idea you’d like to share? Have we done something that made you smile and you’d like to send some Praise our way? Or are you having difficulties – maybe found something amiss on the website – and would like to report a Problem? The new feedback tool on the right of screen makes doing all of this a lot easier.

Previously you would have had to know the right person to email, or you would have had to phone the college during work hours, and then hope that the right person wasn’t currently teaching, in a meeting or off site. Now you can have your voice heard from any page on the college website, and if you pick the “product” that your feedback relates to (under “Add more details”), your info will go directly to the person in charge! It’s just another way that we’re trying to improve our customer service for students as we continue to grow.

So give it a go, we’d be really interested in hearing your opinions.
