Before asking a question, make sure the information you are looking for isn't in the “FAQ” section or available directly from the library’s homepage. If you cannot find it there, use Ask a Librarian. You can leave your question in the chat-box below, and we will respond as soon as we can.

Availability of the Ask a Librarian service is subject to the opening hours of the James Wallace Memorial Library at Parramatta. That is where your message will come in.

The staff that you are communicating with is often required to leave their desks or to serve a borrower in the library. Please be patient, we will return and make sure your enquiry will be answered.
