Alphacrucis Brisbane is located within the grounds of iSee Church Brisbane, at Seventeen Mile Rocks, which is easily accessible by the Centenary and Ipswich Motorways and is close to public transport facilities.

The college offices are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This extensive campus includes large lecture theatres, an 800 seat auditorium, a well-sourced library, student technology area and common room.
